These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Waylyn app. By using Waylyn, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Waylyn is an iOS app for recording and reviewing trips and routes. Features may include GPX/TCX workflows, map history, notes, templates, widgets, and optional Pro subscription features.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws and Apple platform rules when using Waylyn.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Waylyn may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (Waylyn Pro).

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
• Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Apple ID account settings.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Apple Standard EULA

If you do not have a separate custom EULA, Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies:

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app in violation of law, interfere with app security or operation, or reverse engineer the app except where legally permitted.
